We also have significant experience in commissioning medical facilities from General Practice developments to large acute hospitals and regional public health services contracts in both the public & private sectors.
Additionally, we offer assistance in business process re-engineering, organisational change management & stakeholder relations including clinical engagement. We are able to call upon the services of experienced project & programme managers who are qualified in both PRINCE 2 and MSP methodologies.
In informatics, our particular focus is in the field of systems design and strategic direction with special attention paid to usability & user interfaces.
